So Friday was my official weigh in at Jenny and I am down another 3 pounds!! I am surprised it is not coming off that quickly, but I know 2-3 pounds a week is a healthy weight loss so I am gonna roll with it and be happy. I killed myself last week on Tuesday at the gym and was so sore for like 3 days after, and I have not been back to the gym yet. But, I will be there tonight. Mondays are just too hard for me to get in gear and since this is a lifestyle change, I need to work the gym into my daily life.
Anyways, heres the stats:
Weight lost this week: 3
Weight Lost To Date: 5.2
Weight left to Lose: 59.8
First Goal: 10 pounds (Reward: Pedicure)
Second Goal: 25 pounds (Reward: New bathing suit)
Mini-Goal: 45 pounds (Reward: TBD, ideas??)
Third Goal: 65 pounds (Reward: new wardrobe, LOL. Perfectly planned right for my birthday)
Success: Having an incredible work out Tuesday
Set-Backs: Not going back to the gym because I was so sore....should of powered through and got back on day 2
Exercise: Not much yet, tonight I am back on track tho!!!
