Second Goal: 25 pounds (Reward: New bathing suit)
Mini-Goal: 45 pounds (Reward: TBD, ideas??)
Third Goal: 65 pounds (Reward: new wardrobe, LOL. Perfectly planned right for my birthday)
Success: Busting that plateau, since last week I gained .4 pounds last week and was so disheartened.
Set-Backs: Nothing really, even though I wasnt at the gym this week I still worked out on the treadmill.
Exercise: Just cardio this week
